Return Policy
We have created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. You can return any item purchased on our store within 14 days from the delivery date. Here’s how:
- Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached;
- If the items are accompanied by any gifts, they must also be returned;
- Complete the online Return Form within 2 days after receiving the products;
- Complete the Return Form found in the package and prepare the package for delivery;
- Contact a courier at your choice to pick up the package. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and you will have to pay for the return shipping cost upfront and at your own expense. Return the products in their original packaging.
Send your return from the same country in which you placed your order. We will not be able to accept returns from different Countries.

Terms and Conditions of Return
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
- Complete the online Return Form and sent to us within two (2) days after receiving the products;
- The products must not have been used, worn or washed
- The identification tag must still be attached to the products, which constitutes an integral part of the item;
- The returned products must be in their original packaging, with all tags still attached;
- The returned products must be delivered to us within fourteen (14) days after receiving them;
- The products must not be damaged.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, we will send you a confirmation email and fully refund the price of the returned purchased products. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and you will have to pay for the return shipping cost upfront and at your own expense. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not comply with the conditions indicated in letters 1, 5 and 6 of the previous paragraph. In this case, you may choose to have the purchased products redelivered to you at your expense. If you refuse the above delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products. You will also be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions indicated in letters 2, 3 and 4 of the preceding paragraph. In this case, you may choose to accept a decrease in the refund, of which you will be informed, due to the decrease in value of the returned products, or to have the purchased products redelivered to you at your expense. Should you refuse this delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount indicated for the decrease in the refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.
We strongly recommend you to check the products when you receive them, before removing any attached labels, or discarding the original packaging. If you receive a product without labels or with defects please let us know and we will be able to change it.
We don’t accept returns for the personalized products.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
The return shipping charges are the client’s responsibility.
The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.
We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages.
Our courier for the Romanian orders is Fan Courier and for the international orders is DHL. You can use another shipping company for the return as long it provides door-to-door delivery. We don’t collect any returns sent via the postal offices.
Can I exchange an item for a different item?
You can return the item and then re-initiate the purchase process for another item, or a different size.
When will I receive a refund for returned items?
After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted, or, if a decrease in value of the returned products has been detected, you will receive an email informing you of the amount being deducted from the refund. Whatever form of payment you used (Credit-Debit Card/Direct Bank Transfer/Cash on delivery), the refund procedure will start within fourteen (14) days from when we were informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once the Vendor has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used.
The refund will only be issued to the credit card used for the order or to the same account from which the wire transfer payment was made for the order. For Cash on Delivery method(for Romania only), the refund is delivered in cash at your door or in your bank account.
